Studio Policies

Membership includes a monthly 12-page folio mailed to you. Memberships cannot be sold or transferred.

Folios are mailed to the address that we have on file. Please remember to keep your address updated. Folios mailed to an incorrect address listed for a member may not be replaced.

Folios are prepared and dispatched during the third week of each month. Subscriptions that are received before the 15th of each month will receive that month’s folio. Subscriptions received on the 15th or later will receive the following month’s folio.

Each Folio may contain natural and hand-made elements. Small variations in texture and color are part of the art and not considered defects.

Membership can be cancelled at any time prior to the folio being shipped.

Due to the limited, artisanal nature of the Folio, we cannot offer returns or refunds once a Volume has begun shipping. If a Folio arrives significantly damaged, please contact the studio within 14 days of receipt. As these are limited editions, we will do our best to send a replacement or a credit for a future edition.

These are sent by USPS with a first class (forever) stamp affixed to the envelope. It can take up to six weeks for a folio to arrive. If you have not received your folio after this amount of time, please use the contact form to get in touch to let us know.

Your Space is Respected. We only collect the information necessary to get the Folio from our table to yours: your name, mailing address, and email. We do not sell your data, and we do not use "trackers." Your payment information is handled securely by our payment processing and never touches our servers. We promise to only visit your inbox for the Studio Notes you’ve requested.
